Mandala Drawing

Mandalas are drawings made within the framework of a circle which represents wholeness. The word mandala comes from ancient Sanskrit language meaning circle, essence and container. Cultures from around the world have used circle drawings to express universal aspects of the human experience.

Mandalas are used in therapeutic practice as a means for clients to access insights and work with unconscious issues in a creative and non-verbal way. Mandalas provide insight into the present moment as well as a record of the process of change and growth.
